To provide the best service and value to our clients and to provide their pets a clean, relaxed, sometimes social, environment in which only the highest care and attention to detail is taken to finish each groom, and every step taken to ensure the health and safety of both clients and staff, two legged and four legged.
At Paw Springs, every groom is a full groom. From nails to teeth brushing, most everything is included with only one price tag. Certain conditions that may require additional resources such as de-skunking, heavy matting or flea treatments may have a small fee associated, but never will we nickel and dime on what others call "extra services". We use only the highest quality shampoos and conditioners, many are hypoallergenic and/or holistic in formula. If there are any known allergies to anything, please let us know! While at Paw Springs, your best friend is ours as well, and we want to provide the best care we can for many years to come.
During your pets visit, our professional staff will first check over your pet with you and point out any easy to spot conditions, make recommendations as to what can be done now and what can be done to prevent it in the future. We want you to be happy with the work we do, so we will always ask, prior to any groom, if you have a preference to what you would like done. Many of our requests have ranged from making Fido look like a teddy bear, to lion clips typically used on felines. If you think your furry buddy needs a mohawk, we are happy to do what we can to make that happen! Have a picture of something you'd like to try on your cat or dog? Please feel free to bring in the photo! We are always up for a challenge!
